Exemption for Custom-Made Goods

Pursuant to § 7 para. 6 lit. c) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in the sale of goods or provision of services under distance contracts:

The consumer may not withdraw from a contract whose subject matter is the sale of goods manufactured to the consumer’s specific requirements, goods made to measure, or goods intended specifically for one consumer.

BUNKEROID SET products fall directly under this statutory exemption — every unit is configured and manufactured individually to order.
