Seed Pins are small physical carriers of meaning. Each pin holds a short engraved element chosen by you: a word, number, symbol, or custom text sequence. On its own, a single pin is not “the secret”. Meaning emerges only from the complete set and the order you define — an epistemic principle: information becomes intelligible only under the correct structure.
This engraved pack is built for real-world custody: when your policy changes, when roles change, or when a security incident forces rotation, you want the ability to replace the information layer quickly and cheaply — without replacing the entire system.
How ordering works
After purchase, you send us the exact list of 60 words/strings you want engraved (in your alphabet sequence).
We engrave them into a set of 60 pins.

They are designed to support different approaches:
• pick words based on the type of wallet / standard you use, or
• fill in your own text sequences that match your personal or organizational usage model.
Pin Descriptors do not “decide your secret”. They simply help you plan it offline in a structured way.
Why replaceable pins matter
Seed Pins are intentionally interchangeable because custody is not static:
• you may need to rotate information after a suspected leak
• you may change how you distribute knowledge across people/locations
• you may redesign your hierarchy or access policy (family/company governance)
